| PRP Training Ltd are committed to providing a skills development facility and training to those learners whose basic skills level prohibits their progression. Additionally, PRP will provide support to those whose skill level is below the requirement for the occupation for which they are working in or pursuing (basic skills relating to an occupational skill need up to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent). |

This is a 4 day accredited programme aimed at 18+ adults, which is internationally recognised and respected. It works in identifying individual's ambitions and aims to realise potential across the complete ability range. It covers topics such as conditioning, self-esteem, self-talk, self-image, comfort zones, motivation, goal setting and affirmations. It shows how people behave, how attitudes come about and how a person can change if they want to.

CLAIT
& CLAIT PLUS |

Assumes no previous knowledge, and covers all the major Microsoft Office applications to a level of basic competence, including presentation software, email and Internet. The qualification develops IT working practice, skills and generates confidence for all ages. CLAIT Plus is the next level progression from New CLAIT. The programs are covered in more depth and tasks are more challenging. It encompasses a comprehensive range of IT work related skills from spreadsheets to web pages, desktop publishing and file management. |

Every learner that is referred to PRP from Job centre Plus or Careers Wales will be asked to take part in an initial assessment to identify if there is a need for a full assessment for basic skills training. Skills development training can run along side any of the programmes such as Foundation Modern Apprenticeships, Advanced Modern Apprenticeships, Modern Skills Diploma, Youth/Adult Skills or Preparatory training. |
