PRP Training prides itself on its reputation for exceptional levels of high quality. To help achieve this, PRP Training has a dedicated Quality Assurance department.
The Quality Assurance department aims to ensure that the services that PRP Training provide offer the best levels of quality to meet both external and internal requirements, including legal and contractual compliance and customer expectations.
As a department, Quality Assurance are also responsible for coordinating the activities required to meet quality standards such as external verification visits and various audits within the contracts that PRP Training hold with the Welsh Government.
It is also the job of the Quality Assurance department to monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management systems and procedures in place and produce data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators.
Quality is at the heart of PRP and this is reflected in the various quality awards that the organisations achieves and continues to hold year on year.
