PRP Catering Academy very own Jamie Bessant will be realesing his first cooking book entitled Starters, Mains & Desserts in 2012.
The book will contain recipies showcased to students at the PRP Catering Academy.
The reciepies are spit in easy to follow steps which are ideal for beginners aspiring to get into catering.
