Members of PRP Training Catering Academy recently receive a Master class in Indian cuisine by head chef of Seven Spice Restaurant (Pembroke Dock) Nesar Ali. PRP Training students were shown how to prepare and cook a traditional Chicken Balti with various Naan breads using a traditional Tandoori Oven. Students where able to sit down in the restaurant and enjoy the spicy delights followed by a question and answer session with Chef Ali.
PRP Training Catering Tutor Jamie Bessant said the ‘students had a really good day and enjoyed themselves and would like to thank Chef Ali and Arkan Ullah owner of 7 Spice for giving up their time and allowing the students this fantastic opportunity’.
