Experience of working in a similar position advantageous, prior experience with adults/youth, literacy and numeracy a distinct advantage including a basic skills qualification. Moreover you will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate support and empathy towards the client group. You will be required to assess the needs of the learners and work towards developing their individual development to an identified training plan. Skills shortages also include developing peoples' life skills, work ethic and self-development.
