Duties to include caring for a small number of live-in residents and day referral clients that suffer from mild mental health problems in the main. This will incorporate ensuring for the well being of residents and day referrals in particular and assisting them with life skills and basic skills issues.
Although personal care is not foreseen as an integral aspect of the job role staff will have to ensure that residents in particular have bathed, wash and feed themselves and that living quarters and space is clean.
It is further an expectation that applicants integrate themselves in dealing with the organisation of activities with the residents and day referrals and assist senior staff in their duties also.

Previous experience not essential as full training is provided.

Opportunities exist for full and part time staff and also relief staff.

Varying shifts available however and all successful applicants are expected to work a range of shifts.

The current shift pattern is run over the following time slots: -

8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
