| Introduces students to the hazards associated with harmful substances, the risk and controls available. |
| Hazard Analysis - Principles & Practice - 2 day course |
| As of January 2005 all premises receiving, preparing and serving food will be expected to carry out detailed Hazard Analysis reports. These reports will contain key information on the various control methods used by organisations to protect food from contamination. They are designed in house and should be completed by a qualified competent person. PRP Commercial Training offers a comprehensive guide to writing these reports and is certificated through the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. The package is delivered over two days at our training centre in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire. Arrangements can be made for the delivery to take place off site at organisations own premises. |
